It was a pleasure working with Hawkins Construction on this major renovation at the historic Don CeSar Hotel. The project included approximately 20,000 square feet of new construction, featuring demolition and replacement of the primary chiller plant and the construction of a new two-story ballroom for guest events. Additional work included renovation of 8,000 square feet of guest rooms, relocation of the AT&T and Verizon cellular transmission facility, and assisting with recovery efforts following flooding caused by Hurricanes Helene and Milton.
